Activities change, schedules shift, and availability can vary from period to period.

This also changes what you want to tell those around you.

Before the start, for example, you want to explain what is going to happen. During a conclusion, communication revolves primarily around accessibility. And when the situation changes again, the message changes with it.

With phase management within the Solvers Engine™, you keep those different moments together within a single project.

One project remains the basis

A new phase does not mean that you start a new project.

You define the project once and create the phases within it that are important for communication. From a phase, you can then launch your own campaign.

The Solvers Engine™ uses the existing project information as a basis. This way, for example, you do not have to rebuild the location and project description every time.

The campaign is incorporated into the context of the chosen phase. This ensures everything remains part of the same project, while allowing you to communicate a different message at any given moment.

Communication that moves with the project

Suppose the work lasts two months. Within that period, a road is completely closed for two weeks.

For the local community, these are two different situations. A general campaign about the works requires a different message than communication during the complete closure.

Therefore, when creating a campaign from a phase, the Solvers Engine™ uses the period of that specific phase. That phase is also central when creating text and visuals.

So you don't constantly communicate about the entire project, but about what. at that moment is relevant.

When do you start a new phase?

Not every change needs to become a new phase.

A good rule of thumb is: If what you need to tell your environment changes, a new phase may be logical.

Consider a transition from preparatory work to a closure, a significant change in accessibility, or a new phase within the works.

Does only a small detail within the same situation change? Then you do not need to split the project further.

Phases are not there to add as much structure as possible. They are there to reflect the structure the project already has in the communication.

One project, one common thread

Phase management is particularly helpful for projects where the situation changes multiple times during the project period.

The project remains the foundation. The phases indicate what happens at different times. Based on those phases, you deploy the communication required at that moment.

This way, you avoid a collection of disconnected campaigns, and it remains clear how all communication moments relate to each other, even in a longer project.

One project remains the common thread. The phases determine what you communicate and when.

That is what phase management within the Solvers Engine™ is intended for.

Een project bestaat zelden uit één communicatiemoment.
