Traffic Solvers' AI policy

Last updated: 13-09-2026

At Traffic Solvers, we use AI to make digital environmental communication easier, smarter, and faster. For example, to set up campaigns, analyze results, and help you directly within our platform. We also want to be clear about this. On this page, you can read what we use AI for, what data is required, and which choices always remain yours.

1. What we use AI for

Stefbot, your AI assistant
In the Traffic Solvers portal, you can ask Stefbot questions. Stefbot helps you use the platform, can analyze campaigns that you link to the conversation yourself, and can perform simple actions at your request. Think of starting or pausing a campaign. This AI policy primarily concerns Stefbot.

AI in creating and improving campaigns
We also use AI to set up campaigns faster and smarter. For example, when creating ad copy and images, suggesting channels and budgets, and analyzing results. AI makes a proposal in this process. You or our team review it before a campaign goes live.

2. You know when you are talking to AI

Stefbot is an AI assistant and not a Traffic Solvers employee. We make this clear when you start a new conversation and at the bottom of the chat window. Would you prefer to speak with someone from our team? That is always possible. In the conversation, select Ask Traffic Solvers or contact us directly.

3. What Stefbot can do for you

Stefbot is primarily there to make information from the platform available to you faster. Stefbot can, among other things:

  • explain how the platform works and help you step by step;

  • show the status, schedule, channels, budgets, and results of a linked campaign;

  • break down results by day, channel, or advertisement;

  • provide insight into reached target groups, for example based on age, gender, device, or time;

  • display results as text, graph, or table;

  • export conversations;

  • perform simple actions at your request, such as starting or pausing a campaign;

  • Forward a call to the Traffic Solvers team.

There are also clear boundaries. Stefbot can not:

  • implement changes on its own;

  • view or change something for which you do not have the rights yourself;

  • view data of other customers or conversations of colleagues;

  • view invoices, payments, advertising account links, or technical system information;

  • Drawing your own conclusions when information is not available.

Are you asking Stefbot to make a change? The assistant will first ask for your confirmation. Only then will the action be executed. The change will then appear in the campaign activity log, linked to your name.

Stefbot therefore helps you understand and manage campaigns. You remain in control. The data in the platform always remains the leading factor.

4. What data does Stefbot use?

We only provide Stefbot with the information necessary to answer your question. That may be:

  • Your question and conversation: Stefbot uses your question and recent messages from the same conversation to understand the context.

  • A campaign you link: Stefbot only gains access to the data of that campaign when you link a campaign yourself.

  • Your own activity: for example, to answer the question of why a campaign has been paused. Stefbot does not see IP addresses, amounts, or balances in doing so.

  • The page you are on: we use that as a hint, so that Stefbot better understands what you need help with.

Below each answer, you can see which data Stefbot has used and when it was last updated. Your own user rights always apply here. If you cannot view or modify certain information, Stefbot cannot either. We remove technical data that is not necessary for the answer, such as internal identification numbers and advertising account names, before a question is sent to the AI model.

5. How we protect your data

We believe that AI is only useful if you can trust that your data is handled carefully. That is why we have taken a number of clear measures.

Personal data is protected
Email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs, and citizen service numbers in your question are automatically masked before information is sent to the AI model and before the conversation is saved.

No training with your data
Your conversations and campaign data are not used to train AI models. Not by Traffic Solvers and not by our AI suppliers.

Limited access
You and the Traffic Solvers support team can view your conversations. Our team uses this access only to help you and to monitor the quality of Stefbot.

Conversations are not stored indefinitely.
A conversation is automatically deleted 90 days after the last activity. If you delete a conversation yourself, it will be permanently deleted within 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your conversations immediately.

6. Which AI vendors do we use?

For Stefbot and other AI functions, we use language models from third-party providers via a secure gateway. We make agreements with these suppliers regarding the processing and protection of data. The information processed via Traffic Solvers may not be used to train their AI models and is not retained longer than necessary to provide the service. Traffic Solvers remains responsible for the processing of your data. You can find an overview of the parties processing data on our behalf in our privacy statement.

7. AI supports. Humans remain in control.

That is our most important principle. Answers from Stefbot are intended to help you. The information in the Traffic Solvers platform remains the primary source of information.

Actions are only executed when you instruct and confirm them. You handle matters with more significant consequences, such as payments, deleting campaigns, and certain budget changes, yourself within the platform. Human oversight also applies outside of Stefbot. Ad copy and images created using AI are reviewed before they go live.

Can't figure it out with Stefbot? Then you can send a conversation to our team with just one click. We will respond by email within one business day. Additionally, we continue to improve Stefbot. To do this, we look at feedback via thumbs-up and conversations that have been intentionally shared with our support team, among other things.

8. You decide whether to use AI

Using Stefbot is not mandatory. Everything Stefbot can look up or perform for you, you can also view or do yourself within the platform. Additionally, you can rename, delete, and export your conversations as Markdown or PDF. You can indicate for each answer whether it helped you. By doing so, you help us further improve Stefbot. Do not share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal data with Stefbot. The assistant does not need this information to help you.

9. Legislation and regulations

We take the European AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into account during the development and deployment of AI. The AI Act stipulates, among other things, that it must be clear when someone is communicating with an AI system. Therefore, we make it clear during every conversation that Stefbot is an AI assistant. Stefbot does not make independent decisions about you or your organization. Actions are only performed at your request and after your confirmation. Consequently, Stefbot does not fall under the high-risk applications as defined in the AI Act. You can read more about how Traffic Solvers processes personal data in our privacy statement.

10. We continue to update this policy

AI is evolving rapidly. So is our platform. When we start using AI in new ways or when relevant laws and regulations change, we update this policy. You can always see when this last happened at the top of this page.
